Welcome to Shape UP! King County!
The goal of Shape UP! King County is to make it easier for older adults living in King County, Washington to find programs which will help them be healthy and active. The simple interactive activity guide allows you to search for activities by type and location.

This website is brought to you through ongoing collaborative efforts of Senior Services of Seattle/King County, the Healthy Aging Partnership, Aging and Disability Services, Public Health - Seattle & King County, the Comprehensive Health Education Foundation, and the University of Washington Health Promotion Research Center. We hope this resource will prove useful to seniors and the programs that serve them.

We would like to thank Get in Shape Chicago and the researchers at the University of Illinois, Chicago involved in the SHAPE Program.
